This pasta showcases THRIVE veggies!

Yield: 4 servings
1 3⁄4 c thrive rainbow farfalle pasta
2 1⁄2 oz smoked bacon
1⁄2 T garlic
1⁄4 c thrive chopped onions (fd)
1⁄4 c white wine
2 c water
1⁄2 c thrive mushroom pieces (fd)
1⁄2 c thrive asparagus (fd)
1⁄2 c thrive tomato dices (fd)
1⁄4 c thrive béchamel sauce, dry
2 T thrive tomato sauce, dry
1 T thrive Italian seasoning blend (fd)
1⁄4 c parmesan cheese
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. In a large sauté pan, brown the bacon and drain most of the grease. Add garlic and onions and stir; add white wine and reduce slightly.
Add water and remaining vegetables and simmer for 2 minutes. Whisk in sauce mixes and seasoning; allow to simmer 1–2 minutes and add pasta. Toss together and add in cheese.
