This yummy Aioli is a perfect spread for crackers or dip for veggies, chips or hush puppies!
Yield: 24 servings
Prep Time: 15 minutes
- 2 c thrive red bell peppers (fd)
- 1⁄4 c water
- 1 T thrive white sugar
- 1 t garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 t thrive chef’s choice seasoning blend
- 1⁄4 t thrive iodized salt
- 1⁄2 t paprika
- 1⁄2 t chili powder
- 1⁄4 t cumin
- 1⁄2 t lemon juice
- 1 c mayonnaise
In a food processor, blend red peppers to a powder and add to a mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients except mayonnaise and stir well to incorporate. Stir in mayonnaise until well blended and refrigerate until chilled. Enjoy!
