
So cute and easy, the kids will love them!
Ingredients
1 lb large strawberries
1 pkg (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened*
3-4 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
For the eyes: licorice sticks, mini chocolate chips, raisins, currants,
black sesame seeds or anything you have on hand.
*Note: If you do not have cream cheese you can use homemade
whipping cream to fill the strawberries.
1. Rinse strawberries. Use a pairing knife to slice the leafy end off each strawberry so they stand up evenly, then slice the tip off to make a little hat. Prep all of the strawberries and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add cream cheese mix to a piping bag or Ziploc with the corner snipped off. Pipe cheesecake mixture onto the strawberries.
3. Once strawberries are filled, top with the 'hats.' Decorate and Enjoy!
4. If not serving immediately, refrigerate until serving.
